Prva Group is overseen by several external and internal supervisory bodies.

External regulatory authorities
There are two external authorities that oversee operations of Prva Group, Isnurance Supervisory Board and Securties Market Agency.
The Securities Market Agency also oversees the operations of pension companies to ensure that they comply with the provisions of the Securities Market Act relating to companies with securities listed on the stock exchange. -
Internal supervisory bodies
In addition to the external regulatory authorities, Prva Group’s operations are also overseen by internal supervisory bodies, the General meeting, Management Board and Supervisory Board.
