Information about important decisions of Supervisory Board
On 30th meeting of Supervisory Board, the members of Supervisory Board has been informed with:
- performance of the decisions from 11th regular assembly and decision from previous meeting of Supervisory Board,
- financial report of the Prva Group plc.
- financial reports of daughter companies.
Member of Supervisory Board had also determined the date for the next meeting of Supervisory Board, which should be held on 24th of September 2009.
