History<\/h3>\n

PRVA Group was established in December 2000 under the name Prva pokojninska dru\u017eba as a specialist pension insurance company in Slovenia. Just four years later, in 2004, the Group founded its first pension company abroad. In the following years, PRVA continued its successful expansion into international markets.<\/p>\n

In 2007, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) joined PRVA\u2019s ownership structure and remained a shareholder until 2017, in line with the planned cooperation strategy.<\/p>\n
